Yeovil Town have announced their starting line-up to face United in the LDV Vans Trophy tomorrow night at Plainmoor, and it features seven changes fron the weekend game against Shrewsbury.

Manager Gary Johnson said of the changes: “Dale Williams and Phil Jevons are both ill, Darren Way, Colin Miles, Gavin Williams, Lee Johnson have all been carrying knocks and I have got to give them 7 days to get over them.

"They have all been carrying knocks but managing to get through games and it’s vital that they have some rest. This is the chance for me to do that.

“Skivo is a week away and Scott Guyett and Adam Lockwood are two weeks away while Rose has played in 12 games in 7 weeks.

“Having said that I feel the side selected is good enough to compete in this game. Please don’t anybody say to me that I am devaluing the competition.

"I am not, I’m valuing our players that have got knocks and need a break and it would be also undermining the team that I am putting out.

“We shall be going to Torquay with every ambition of getting through to the next round and it will give some of these players the opportunity to impress.”

The team to face United is Collis; Lindegaard, O’Brien, Fontaine, Reed, Gall, Terry, Mirza, Caceres, Tarachulski and Stolcers.
