Eunan O'Kane's sixth-minute strike proved decisive for the League Two outfit, and Buckle is relishing the prospect of a cup run.
"I am delighted for the players, it was an outstanding performance and we fully deserve to be in the fourth round again," he said.
"It's the second time in three years, so we must be doing something right here.
"Obviously for a small club like ours it's fantastic to progress in the FA Cup as a team and also the financial rewards are a huge unexpected bonus.
"We were unlucky not to get something out of the league game against Oxford on Monday but we didn`t let that stop us from attacking from the off again and we also tightened it up at the back."
