Torquay will have on-loan utility player Sam Cox in their squad after his arrival from Tottenham.Midfielder Eunan O'Kane is also set for a first home appearance after making his debut as a substitute at Chesterfield last weekend.

Goalkeeping coach Kevin Poole is set for his full Burton debut at the age of 46 - four years after his last league start - in place of Artur Krysiak.

The suspended Krysiak is one of 11 players unavailable.

Torquay manager Paul Buckle told BBC Radio Devon:

"Burton have been going well in the league having brought in a lot of players over the summer and it's going to be a tough game.

"Everyone's fighting for a place. I feel that, although we've lost our last two league games, our performance levels have been very high.

"To see that we're eighth in the form guide gives a clear indication that we're going in the right direction."
