Robinson and Barnes Leave

Paul Robinson and Phil Barnes have returned to Millwall and Sheffield United respectively.

Barnes was called back by former Gulls manager Neil Warnock after first choice goalkeeper Paddy Kenny picked up an injury in the midweek defeat at Plymouth Argyle. Barnes is expected to go straight into the Blades squad for their derby at home to Rotherham.

Although Robinson returned to London today, it is hoped that Leroy Rosenior can ensure an extension to the loan with Robinson himself keen on staying at Plainmoor where he can build up first team experience.

United are likely to give former Dundee United goalkeeper Paul Jarvie his Football League debut in the game against Barnsley on Saturday.
