Leroy Fails to Defend Bedeau in Red Card Opener

Leroy Rosenior has failed to support Tony Bedeau in the incident which gave United their first red card of the season, and now gives us more sendings off than goals.

Rather than simply claim not to have seen it, Rosenior said it his foot looked a bit high, but he will be looking at a video of the incident before making his final judgement.

Bedeau will be suspended for at least two matches, starting tomorrow at Oxford. It was a shame because as a 28 minute substitute Bedeau had given United more options down the right hand side and would have started on Tuesday.
